Welcome to Little Snuggles Photography, I am a newborn and family photographer based in the lovely village of Finberry, situated in Ashford, Kent, where I have created a warm and cosy home studio.
As a qualified neonatal nurse, I have years of experience working with babies, so you can relax knowing your baby will be comfortable and well cared for throughout the session. Your baby’s comfort and safety is always my top priority.
As a mum of two, I know just how quickly those early days pass. When my own children were born, I had newborn photoshoots done with them, and more than ten years later those photos still have pride of place in both my home and their grandparents’ homes. Every time we look at them, we’re reminded of just how tiny they once were.
My Dream Job
Photography has always been a passion of mine. I’ve always been the one behind the camera at family celebrations, capturing memories and noticing the little details that others might miss. For many years, I enjoyed photography as a hobby, spending my free time capturing special moments and developing my skills behind the camera.
I qualified as a paediatric nurse in 2011 and later specialised as a neonatal nurse in the neonatal intensive care unit. Over the years, I have cared for newborn babies and families at their most vulnerable and learnt to soothe, settle and comfort them with patience and gentleness.
My journey into newborn photography began in 2025 after meeting my partner, Ryan, a professional photographer. We both shared a love of photography and Ryan encouraged me to combine my passion for photography with my experience caring for babies. It felt like the perfect fit and has now become my dream job.
NATURAL & TIMELESS
My photography style is natural and timeless, with minimal posing and a focus on genuine moments, allowing your baby to simply be themselves. My sessions are relaxed and baby-led, with plenty of time for cuddles, feeds and settling when needed.
